I would like to tell you what happened to me in Carter county Grayson Kentucky. The judge treated me look a dog. My cousin threatened to kill my brother and I. I was called a liar in court so my cousin didn't take the blunt. My cousin lied in the Carter county court and he got by with it because they have to make a quota for Eastern State middle institution I went to pathways Incorporated in Ashland Kentucky I specifically told them exactly how my cousin threatened to kill me. My brother said that he felt that we would get the worst end if we ever said anything about our cousin threatened to shoot us in the head we did I would like to tell you how I was treated I was told it was handed down that I got no legal advice they could not make him admit to threaten to kill us but I had to plead guilty or go to the mill institution I was treated like I didn't know any better like I had in my had mmrd.. nobody lies but nobody threatened to shoot in the head my credibility was questioned in the Carter county court I told a judge Kim David exactly how he acted she never said one word just question my credibility and and handed it down that I got no legal advice I went to the grand jury and ask for a warrant because I knew he had purged himself one of the grand tournament in Carter county said he found it humorous humorous I didn't find it humorous and threaten to kill us I was treated like a dog I was told you can either play guilty or go to the middle institution pathways Incorporated leaked leaked a lot out why they did not turn it in and they did lie I was told by a former employee at pathways that they target some of them and they do not push them they do not push him and that could be a lot they don't push them with no legal advice no dating no job no nothing handed down I was told on one of the therapist that passed away she said if you ever fussed about wanting to date I will put you at Eastern State I have never been allowed to get married I am 52 years old not allowed to get married I don't want you to get married because they want you to have to go through this guardianship and it takes your civil rights away it takes your married life away takes your driver's license away you have to sell all your belongings your home your cars you're furniture your dogs have to be on a commercial for abandoning and neglected animals pathways is treating people like their dogs so is the Carter county Court to make sure they get a quota my family wanted Justice for how he acted instead they were able to lie and put me nearly in a mill institution they were able to knock me out of my life my living my married life and everything I had never had a wrecking mama not allowed to drive because judge Rupert will doesn't want me to have a better life I was told they could not make him in it to threaten to shoot me in the head I was told that they could not but they could make me plead guilty I took lies to the Carter county court that my father told my mom and transcribe memory in her handwriting prosecuted me for what she had said and want my father had said and then let me have no legal advice I was treated like a doggy went to pathways Incorporated and I told them about my dad telling bizarre tells their Pacifica don't want to hear because she wanted to make sure it didn't go on my record that my father told him because she wanted to make a quote for Eastern she might need to get the blame pathways and the court system is corrupt they say we are find out you blood in any way what will do to you that's a missing card or county let me tell you I got the judge to say I believe you on July 3rd do you think he is ever issued a warrant on my cousin for perjury no not been handed down it's do whatever you want to the people handed down to go to Eastern State they are talked about like a dog they're not allowed to stand up for their rights or it's called a history fit well anything wrong when they're just tired of being ran over they're not allowed to even say their opinion about their home and Gloria land my mom wanted me to keep my home in Grayson Kentucky spoke up to Mr will will voice paralegal she's smart enough to me and she said did you take your medicine that's an excuse to run over people and get your way about doing them in it's making false statements the false imprisonment by due process the law and mental health people need to speak up this Nerf attendance I don't know how to tell the truth did you take your medicine is a form of backing people up in a corner and having people preach this toward them all it is is making false statements to false imprison people judge Rupert real quick allows his because he's got to make a quota for Eastern State I found out the hard way when my family died and actually a woman came in my house and told me you can't have your hummingbird landing your family had bought now that is hard to take and I was not allowed to say I want my home or the wall would have been called my mom wanted me to keep the house I was made to sell it there was a nurse at King's daughters medical center she's smart at all to the family members about my mom writing letters wanting Justice for my cousin she wouldn't like it if her son had had a gun pointed to his head and told how they told bizarre tails they wanted bizarre tails because I wanted to make sure I was lying to and groom for Eastern State that nurse in King's daughters medical center Fayette smart enough to me and my family she wouldn't have liked it what it is they got to make a quote and she was friends with my uncle where he would work the armcoast still in Ashland Kentucky there is so much corruption going on it is pitiful between the mental health and the court people holler it's mental health the people with mental health are being approached the people are being treated like dogs the people that even go to the mental health facilities and tail how they're being treated they're taking to the courthouse and called liars it's not sometimes you're all but people are blaming the people mental health but they're not blaming other people at least they're acknowledging their problem but the people that's victimizing them are getting by it needs to be addressed this is not only the people that I have a mental problem but people who they are allowed to believe in and do whatever they want to then and get by with it but they're not allowed to say anything you know I don't know if we're Mike hasn't until his friends put a gun to my brother's head didn't help calls my brother's brain cancer you take that on your own self this is what's going on it needs to be addressed if a person with a mental problem goes to a therapist the therapist needs to do their job and get them help for being victimized not make a laugh while he didn't turn it in and it go on their record and run their background and run who they are it's not fair what's going on in the court system I was told by pathways Incorporated that it had been handed down that I got I was not allowed to date I was told by one of the patients they had gave me a diagnosis where I wasn't allowed to date but I'm deliberately and purposely misdiagnosing some people to knock them out of their married life and who they are they are they are doing whatever they want the mental health facilities and they're not allowed to say one word about it or they are threatened with Eastern State they're not allowed to speak about being threatened with the gun or the judge threatening with Eastern State there is a lot going on there's a lot going on to put people away they're not letting the people who have mental problems even have legal advice they're not about to speak at and saying this person threatened to shoot me which if you threatened to shoot somebody that has incompetent or anything the the charges is worse and by letting him lie in the Carter county court judge Davidson and judge Rupert wilhoit actually hindered prosecution that's what's going on I was told by Bob Miller he used to be the county attorney I'll help you in any way I like you he only said that to make us feel good but deep down he was going to do with him he need to say he need to ask my cousin did you threaten to shoot him in the head then I cannot get a warrant on them and put them away it needs to get out it needs to stop that you can threaten to shoot somebody with a male condition take them to the court Carter county court or any Court in the United States and run over and believe even twist how it happened and make sure that their word never holds up in the courthouse this is an injustice that my brother had to work is done days at Smithfield in Grayson Kentucky couldn't even walk over the threshold of the house I had to carry him in and on December 4th 2018 I took him to the hospital on his death bed my brother didn't even get to get medical treatment until he's done days he had to work his dying days just to put food up on our table where I could not get a job this is pathways and the social security administration is allowing people put statements down that are false and they do not check into it to knock them out of there life these doctors these psychiatrists are not smart enough to adhere that people could be lying to people putting them away that's what's going on people are actually lying to put people away and Eastern State this game balance is worse than what you think the people with no conditions they're just being bullied like I was and having a stigma put on their head when they need to say I look where is Big to mines too but when we're victimized we don't even get no legal advice we're not allowed to tell our story how somebody threaten to shoot us we have to take the blunt my uncle told me he said you expect our son to take the blunt he's not going to my brother took the ultimate punishment he got in death you take that on your own self and say what do we do to change the law does everybody get by with running over people that's everybody get by with threatened to shoot people why there's corruption and then they're told they don't know how to tell the glory of the Lord that I don't know what the truth is and the people act like they don't know any better people needs to address the real problem these people are bullying some people out of their sanity their mind their money their homes and they're not allowed to speak at how would you like somebody threaten to shoot you in the head and years later you have to sell your home your furniture and all your belongings all and will Mr will will Hoy who is judge Willis brother said do you want to go to the group home people need to speak up people need to get behind me and say her cousin need to be in a group home so you can get people out here threatened to shoot him in the head the smart mouth nurse need to speak up and say the reason you all didn't turn this in is to make a quota for a group home and there's corruption to put her away and her cousin needs to be in a group home so he can't get out here and threatened to shoot him in the head people need to start standing up to these so-called doctors and nurses they don't know what they're doing and they're running over people people needs to call judge Rupert wilhoy at 606-474-5081 and say there needs to be something done about the case where you called a girl a liar and 15 years later you told her that she was telling basically told her she was telling the truth because you said I believe you the court system is messed up and the case needs to be overturned even though it's been expunged and you need to offer the poor lady an apology there's a lot going on in mental health and you know people are saying all I want to tell you how she acts first off they need to talk and address what he did to my brother on the farm with two men then they need to address what he did to me in my grandmother's basement put a loaded gun to my head and see if I ever get my chance I'm going to put you away there is they need to address what he did to me on the phone on the on my daddy's day they need to say he threatened to put your brains on the truck window take that on your own self and called a liar a liar a liar my cousin I can actually put judge Rupert in jail because he signed a false statement said I terroristically threatened my cousin when it was my cousin to terroristically threatened us and we were complaining take being knocked out of your life you're livelihood and your married life pathways is doing this and the court to make sure they got a suspect for Eastern State people need to address how the court system let my cousin lie to put me away and these things to stop people need to say her mom need to do whatever it took because your brains is your last will and testimony I often wonder why they let him lie your credibility should never be questioned something that mean that's a meanest thing you can do please this has to be stopped people getting by with one one of the judges Mrs Becky Phillips told me she said we know that they lie and said the county attorneys prep them prep them they prep them to get prosecution when is that serious of a matter and somebody is saying that somebody threatened to kill him the judge and the prosecuting attorney needs it needs to address it and asked the petitioner of the warrant is the person telling the glory of his name if the person's telling the glory of the name and you had lied you've committed perjury they would not do one thing about it everybody needs to rally behind me and say this isn't fair my cousin got to get married and have a nice life my brother got death I am still fighting for just to make a better life a better life judge will we will not let me have my driver's license with no tickets that you take being made to sell your home and all your furniture take that because somebody lied in the Carter county Court my cousin he had gotten everybody against me and Carter county and they were going to run me out people should say she don't need to be ran out for telling the Gloria this name he need to be ran out my neighbor when my mom and my brother were done he said I didn't feed her dogs because I feared what she might go back and say he needs to look at my uncle and say I fear what kind of stature son might pull on me take me to the Carter county Court call me alarm you know what he can say now and make me lose everything I've got people needs to address the real issue there's corruption it's not only the mental health people sometimes ill people are being ran over
